Sports teams interested in being considered for team sponsorship may email gameface@firstchoicedental.com . Loyal teams can even have their mouth guards made in their team's colors. The process involves just two quick appointments and mouth guards are typically ready within two weeks of the fitting. To date, First Choice Dental has sponsored more than 30 area athletic teams by providing protective, custom-fit mouth guards.
